Do I need to use Coach to practice?
No. Coach can help you work through a situation, but you can also build and revisit your own Issues, Arsenal Items, and manual Flows. Daily Practice is designed to make useful material easier to retain over time.
What is included with Free and Premium?
Free includes the complete manual practice experience, the Starter Practice Library, Arsenal, Issues, Daily Practice, Practice Consistency, manual Flows, and 10 successful Coach responses each week. Premium adds 100 successful Coach responses each week, AI-assisted Flows, and AI Role-Play Practice.
What counts as a Coach response?
A successful AI response from BetterClose Coach, an AI-assisted Flow, or AI Role-Play Practice counts toward your weekly Coach Allowance. Manual practice remains available without using an allowance.
What is a Flow?
A Flow is a private, editable map of possible sales-conversation paths. Start from a situation, add your likely responses and the Buyer's, then use it to prepare without turning the conversation into a rigid script.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes. Cancellation stops your next renewal while you keep Premium access through the end of your paid term. Changing terms also takes effect at renewal.
How does automatic renewal work?
Your Premium term renews for the same duration unless you cancel or schedule another term before its renewal date. You will not lose access before your current paid term ends.
Where is Premium available?
Premium is currently available to Sales Representatives in the United States. Prices are shown in USD, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
